Role Overview

Working for a leading supplier of Medical Products and Services, the Regional Sales Manager role is the professional responsible for acquiring, developing and managing targeted sales accounts to drive sales growth within the territory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- To target and win new business within the Distributor, Mobility, Local Authority, Community and Loan store sectors.
- Maintain and grow existing customer spend by developing account plans and adopting strategies to ensure short and long-term growth.
- Report on progress against the regional strategy in association with the National Sales Manager (account objectives, sales, opportunities etc.).
Deliver monthly and quarterly sales against targets and as set out in financial sales reports.
- Actively engage and implement defined sales initiatives, strategies, KPIs and programmes as
required.

Person Specification

- Proven sales experience in the B2B environment and history of achieving goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a good understanding of healthcare
sectors.
- Good negotiation skills with ability to win new business independently.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse, understand and drive sales performance metrics.
