Role Overview

The Business Development Executive role is focused on presenting our leading-edge pharmacy technology solutions to prospective new customers. This will be the primary focus although there will be opportunity to promote new services into existing relationships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Prospecting for new business opportunities over the phone
- Thorough qualification of the opportunities uncovered
- Setting up new business appointments for the territory Account Managers
- Ensuring that our data is up to date and key information captured in the CRM system
- Working to agreed performance targets
- Accurate reporting and pipeline management
- Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to maximise opportunities
- Work cross functionally with other departments


Person Specification

- Demonstrable experience of success in an equivalent B2B sales role - minimum 1 years
- Target driven
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Customer first attitude
- Must be a self-motivated team player, able to work flexibly
- Proactive approach and ability to demonstrate attention to detail

Package

£22,000-£25,000/Annum Basic Salary (subject to experience)
£Excellent OTE Commission Scheme
25 Days (+Stats) Holiday 1 additional day for each full year served (max 30 days)
Positive Wellbeing Company health & wellbeing scheme (post probation)
Positive Wellbeing+ Company health & wellbeing scheme (3+ years service)
