Fertility Brand Manager

Objectives: The overall job purpose for the brand manager is to implement the 1 year tactical plan with support from the line manager. The key element will be the effective implementation of the tactical plan through clear communication and relationship building with the sales teams and third party suppliers and managing the approval and delivery of materials according to deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of the tactical plan for each of the Fertility products
Goal achievement for the tactical plan
Implementation of key programmes
Working with external agencies for programme and material development
Manage conference attendance + logistics with external agencies/global
Development of sales material
Managing sales force input
Briefing of sales force
Loading on Zinc/approval
Product knowledge
Acquiring competent product knowledge to facilitate training
Market Knowledge
Market size
Competitors
Customers and customer needs
Developing a productive relationship with the Fertility KAMs
Enabling clear direction to be provided
Input to product/market place training for new KAM recruits
Managing cross-functional team member relationships
Ensure effective working of cross-functional team
Facilitate smooth approval of marketing materials
Manage marketing material stocks
Recommend re-orders as appropriate
Financial management
Track and monitor promotional budget spend
Communicate effectively with both global and local colleagues as appropriate
Self development guided by manager
Business analysis
Contribute to business analysis discussions
Assist with the identification of key business issues
Contribute to issue resolution ideas
Track key performance indicators

Personne Profil

Educated to degree level or similar

ABPI qualified

A credible level of sustained successful sales experience within the Pharma Industry

Previous involvement in marketing related projects

Experience of working with key opinion leaders to advocates

Must be able to demonstrate they have undertaken in depth research to provide a thorough grasp of the principles of Pharma marketing

Good understanding of NHS and the UK market place.

Organisation, planning and analysis.

Capable of working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Creativity.

Ability to adapt & learn in an evolving environment

Customer focussed attitude
