CMC Product Manager
Department: Cardio-metabolic Care and General Medicine
Objectives:
To build effective Brands and brand communications by applying the M.S. Branding process; optimise brand success through robust business analysis and issue identification, monitor brand success through KPI determination and tracking; effectively manage the promotional budget and recommend key initiatives based on business issues and return on investment calculations.
Responsibilities:
Brand Development - developing (or applying) the Brand Vision, Core Values, Product and Brand positioning
Identification of business improvement opportunities
Business analysis, issue identification, identification of key knowledge gaps and construction of market research plan
Determination and tracking of KPI's
Solution orientation - initial suggestions of solution for business issues identified - selection of solution with help of manager
Financial management - budget trading and return on investment assessment
Involvement in product or line extension launches
Managing customer relationships
Production forecasts and inventory management
Building productive and co-operative relationships with global team members
Understanding of customer and patient needs
Briefing and managing external agencies to delivery clear communications in line with Brand Positioning

Basic salary negotiable depending on experience

Personne Profil
Educated to degree level or similar
ABPI qualified
Zinc trained
Previous UK marketing experience (ideally 3 years plus) within a product Manager or similar related role.
Experience of developing key opinion leaders to advocates
Previous management or coaching experience.
Experience of Pharma sales ideally within either a KAM, NHS Liaison secondary care or
similar environment.
Previous experience of working within theTherapy Area.
Previous experience working with FMCG products.
Good understanding of NHS and the UK market place.
Organisation, planning and analysis.
Capable of working in an entrepreneurial environment.
