National Account Manager- Asda
ROLE: National Account Manager - Asda
LOCATION: Berkshire
PRODUCTS: No 1 or No 2 brands in all primary markets including - Veet, Finish, Cillit Bang, Dettol, Harpic, Airwick, Mr Sheen, Vanish, E45, Clearasil
" Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for the account portfolio
" Achieve account 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
" Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from a customer perspective
" Develop multi-level relationships with the account
" Lead, direct, control & manage the development of direct report(s) (if applicable)
" Achievement of account sales and trade investment targets for allocated account
" Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements in line with nominated major account's profile (including share of shelf/visibility at POS/Distribution penetration across product range/ Retail Pricing/Consumer and Trade Promotions and Discounts).

" Sales background, with major account management experience gained in FMCG markets within a commercially oriented blue-chip environment
" Currently working at Key Account Manager / National Account Manager level
" Proven track record of budget delivery and growth momentum
" Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen
" Confident and capable of operating at all levels
" Good team player
" Strong influencing / negotiation expertise
