Product Specialist
HOME BASED ROLE
OVERALL PURPOSE- Developing customer relationships at all levels across the healthcare spectrum and securing new business in this expanding market.
KEY IMPACT OF THE ROLE - Covering the UK and Ireland, the role will provide product expertise, in specialist training, sales support, and marketing/administrative support to bring to the market the products and assist in sales development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration and coordination of customer training across the UK and Ireland
Pre sales demonstrations to customers and internal colleagues
Post sale product support to customers
Provide specialist knowledge and support to the marketing and sales teams
Assist in the creation of support documentation required for internal and external customers in relation to all ultrasound products.
Liase with Product developers in Japan and European departments to ensure product knowledge is fully maintained and subsequently provided to relevant colleagues.
