Clinical Nurse Advisor

TERRITORY: UK -Nationwide (Ideally in the South East UK)

PRIME JOB FUNCTION:
Supporting the sales personnel and marketing department on clinical matters.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education and training of customers Clinical Support Staff in the methods recommended by the customer to maintain the equipment in good order. Running trials of prototype equipment, Clinical evaluation of products, Training sales, office and service personnel in clinical techniques.

Applicants must have / be:

Recognised Adult teaching qualification (i.e. teaching skills Course ENB 998)
Prepared to travel extensively - this is a national role which requires flexibility to working hours, travel time, working away from home
Be customer focused
Driving licence

Package d'emploi

Up to £30k max basic depending on experience.
Divisional bonus scheme dependent on hitting the Division target. Quarterly incentive bonus scheme which pays up to 5% on achievement of objectives.

Holidays – 22 days basic rising to 24 but we have a flexible benefit scheme where employees can take up to 30 days

Personne Profil

Applicants must have / be:
a commutable distance from Slough, Berks.
Recognised Adult teaching qualification (i.e. teaching skills Course ENB 998)
Prepared to travel extensively - this is a national role which requires flexibility to working hours, travel time, working away from home
Be customer focused
Driving licence
Communication skills - role involves communicating at all levels of nursing and medical staff
Energy & Drive
IT & Creative Presentation skills necessary for developing and delivering training/educational material
Interpersonal skills
Time management skills & planning skills.
Self motivation and ability to prioritise and organise workload & work autonomously and within a team
Good level of literacy
Common sense more than high level of education
Problem solving = solution oriented

Desirable Criteria that could be made up for by training

RGN Registered - Nursing experience to understand implications of practice, problems encountered & how to adapt practice. Viewed favourably by customers plus you are aware of importance of responsibility and accountability of your actions and omissions
Product knowledge
Computer literacy
Degree level education
