Role Overview

Zenopa are recruiting for an Internal Service Engineer role - suitable for either someone with experience who would like to step out of the field, or perhaps someone who is looking to move into their first Engineering role where they can begin and develop their career. Our clients established team structure can facilitate for both!


Key Duties and Responsibilities

To provide an excellent and efficient repair service for all equipment received from customers
To ensure all equipment is repaired to manufacturing specification in an acceptable and efficient manner and time frame
Ensure all correct parts and batch numbers are used during a repair, to advise when parts are running low and to ensure all documentation on parts is correct.
Organise external calibration of equipment in a timely manner and check the calibration certificate and product upon return
Booking in and decontamination of equipment when required
Telephone contact with Customers to answer queries and route appropriately.
PAT testing when necessary
Verifying other Engineers repairs to ensure that equipment will be returned fully functioning and safe to use
Arrange collection and delivery of equipment when necessary
Work within Service levels and highlight concerns
Develop an excellent understanding of our client's products and services


Person Specification

Either:
- An experienced Engineer
OR
- Someone with a demonstrated interest and desire to grow in the Engineering field
