Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities
•  Diagnose potential faults through talking to the customers
•  Plan an emergency service visit and advise the account manager so that visits can be scheduled with the customer
•  Visit site to correctly diagnose the issues
•  Fix emergency and non-routine issues in a timely manner
•  Liaise with other members of the Customer Success Team as necessary to ensure all issues can be rectified such as calibrating the magnet jointly
•  Carry out all routine maintenance visits in a timely manner in line with Customer Service Level Agreements maintaining and fixing all hardware to ensure that scanners continue to operate at optimum levels
•  Monitor the performance of installed systems revising maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance.
•  Visit customer sites in all locations to perform system upgrades
•  Ensure that all emergency and routine repairs are carried out as cost effectively as possible
•  Ensure that all data is entered in a timely manner into appropriate systems e.g. Dynamics, to enable effective global communication



Person Specification

Someone whom has electromechanical engineering experience that is enthusiastic to move into the veterinary industry as a field service engineer.
