Role Overview

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leader providing a range of equipment for the pharmaceutical, medical device, biopharmaceutical and dietary supplement industries.

They are looking for a Field Service Team Leader to join their engineering team to guide and grow the service department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

•  Looking after a team of 16 including 3 team leaders
•  Split management and hands on role based from Home/Office and in the field across the UK & occasionally Nordics
•  Scheduling and coordinating of FSE onsite work covering routine work, installations, and repairs.
•  Scheduling and coordinating of FSE and customer inhouse and onsite training.
•  Inhouse and onsite support to customers.
•  Inhouse and onsite support to engineers.
•  Dealing with customer and FSE escalations
•  Reviewing customer contracts requests with Sales/Admin.
•  Completing, facilitating and coordinating customer supplier questionnaires and quality assessments.

Person Specification

•  Management / team leader experience ideally within the scientific industry
•  Experience scheduling and coordinating daily tasks
•  Customer focused
•  Friendly and approachable
•  Full driving license
•  Willingness to travel
