Last week the team dusted off their dinner jackets, shined their shoes and popped on their glad rags for an evening promising to be full of excitement, fun and celebration, and it did not disappoint.
Yes it was the most highly anticipated night within the pharmacy industry, the PF awards finally arrived. Under one very big roof at the Lancaster Hotel in London, anyone who is anyone within the industry, all on tender hooks and eagerly waiting to find who the winner would be out of the nominees for each category.
“Zenopa attends the PF Awards“
After some pre dinner drinks and a few hellos to our partners and candidates wishing the all luck, it was down to the Westbourne suite for a swanky three course meal followed by chocolates and coffee, where we were greeted by the very famous voice of Alan Dedicoat, the voice of the National Lottery and BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing announcer.
As sponsors of the table gift’s for the third time running, everyone was presented with their very own Zenopa power charger – a handy device for when you’re on the move and your phone, tablet or laptop is running low on battery. This nifty device holds enough charge in to last 24 hours.
‘The evening was fabulous and the table gifts went down a treat’ comments Sales Director Tara O’Brien, ‘The atmosphere is always great and it’s wonderful to catch up with familiar faces and say hello to new ones.’
Our presenter of the awards for the evening was top comedian Hal Cruttenden. A highly accomplished writer and actor, Hal has performed on shows including ‘Live at the Apollo’ and is frequently seen on channel 4’s ‘Great British Bake Off - An Extra Slice’ as a guest giving his opinions on contestants bakes. With his quick wit and sharp eye, he had the entire audience in stitches and contributed to making the night even more special.
A huge congratulations to everyone that was nominated and to the winners this year. If you would like to find out more about our recruitment solutions and how they can benefit your business, you can contact the team on +44 (0)1494 818 050, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
