Seven Seas is to benefit from greater brand exposure after agreeing a new sponsorship deal for broadcaster ITV's weather reports.
The consumer health company has signed a 13-month agreement that will see various products highlighted before and after national weather reports, which air three times a day.
Seven Seas will be using this platform to raise awareness of existing brands such as its Health Oils and Pure Cod Liver Oil ranges, as well as newer products to be launched later this year, reports Chemist and Druggist.
This comes as part of a wider £6.2 million media and advertising campaign in 2012-13 aimed at driving category growth and encouraging wider awareness of the benefits of health supplements.
"We believe the campaign will benefit pharmacy by generating a higher volume of enquiries, which will create an increase in sales opportunities," explained a company spokesperson.
