Previous job - Service Sales Specialist - Anachem

TERRITORY: The territory is our Southern Territory, essentially South of Birmingham across the country. Key areas are London, Oxford and Cambridge. There are 7 key accounts in the territory which will be retained by the Manager; but there is a lot of growth potential / opportunity in the territory.

The territory target will be £621,500 per annum.

PRODUCTS: Anachem Pipette Service

Grow sales territory sales in line with company expectations for sales and profitability. Implement sales strategies developed with Service Sales Manager to maximise sales into both existing & new customer accounts. Includes maximising uptake of new service offerings, cross selling and implementing sales strategies to gain competitor accounts.

Achieving sales revenue target for the assigned territory. Implementation of business development plans through indirect and direct sales visits to both existing and prospective customers - includes identifying new business areas.

2. Service and product knowledge.
3. Operates with supervision.
4. Mature relationships with customers and purchasers. Works with Service Sales Manager to drive business with purchasing consortia.

7. Clear track record of progression and success.

Package d'emploi

Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
Bonus £5,000
22 days annual leave

Personne Profil

Trainee with experience of using pipettes of trainee with lab experience and some sales experience in any field

Ideally previous sales experience in a territory role and experience or knowledge of service or product

Potentially we would look at a trainee sales person though they will need to have experience of pipettes and service instead; though preference is for someone with sales experience.

Excellent communication, organisation and report writing skills are essential in fulfilling this role successfully. Experience of CRM systems is important, together with PC literacy especially on Windows software packages, SAP knowledge is desirable.
