What were you looking for when you were seeking a new role?

"I was looking to progress from a small family company selling consumables to a larger specialised medical device company that would give me exposure to theatres and a more clinical sell. Also greater opportunity for career progression and a building of my skill set."

What benefits have you had since securing your role? 

"Started selling to doctors and theatre managers within hospital theatres. More in work sales training and building of my skill set. Now a lot more confident selling to clinicians and more innovative products."

"The recruitment process was quick and easy, I was told in detail about the company beforehand and given advice and guidance before and after each stage with feedback. Helped to rearrange the final interview date when it clashed with an important event with my previous employer."

How has your work/life balance improved?

"My work life balance has improved a lot, I love travelling and with the package I received in this job I’ve been lucky enough to holiday in Florida, Spain and the Domincan Republic within my first year."
