What were you looking for when you were seeking a new role?
"Career development mostly, i wanted to move away from Primary Care and get into a more specialist role within secondary care. An increase in salary was also an objective."
What benefits have you had since securing your role?
"I've had a big increase in confidence and self-belief. I love the job, role and company and colleagues, I value the opportunities that i have and overall i have a much better work / life balance."
How did you find the recruitment process?
"Really smooth – Kirsty Morris was outstanding. We had a couple of false starts from the client who begun then froze the process over a 6 month period, but Kirsty never forgot about me, and kept me up to date. During the actual process of interviews and negotiation, I feel she positioned me very well, prepared me for the interview and achieved a great salary for me."
How has your work/life balance improved?
"Vastly. I have a job where my effort is valued and the team and management realise I can perform at a consistently high level when I’m happy in my personal life and not working all the time."

"I was very lucky to have Kirsty support and help me. It was like she genuinely wanted to help and put me in a better role in a different company and environment. She knew I was unhappy and disillusioned and could see my potential elsewhere. If all consultants are like that at Zenopa, you’re doing really well!"
